reported or presumed instances of human rights violations,
including discrimination, hate crimes and crimes against humanity.
The division is also responsible for reporting on compliance of

forums at national and international levels to discuss the problems faced by
vulnerable groups such as children, migrants and ethnic groups.

victims needing counseling, shelter, medical and psychological services
and/or repatriation.
DISASTER RELIEF SERVICES (IBSI-DRS). NEW PROGRAM - REQUIRES DONATIONS
IBSI-DRS is
a brand new program created to provide emergency services to victims of
disaster. These services include: emergency food, clothing,
medications, medical equipment and medical supplies, medical services,
psychological services, and many other needs disaster victims may have.
IBSI-DRS
also provides services and support to Goverment agencies and
non-profits helping disaster victims. By doing this, we ensure that all
participating relief agencies can dedicate more personnel and resources
to their relief efforts, and reducing expenses. These entities will be
able to save thousands of dollars each day, which translates into more
funding available for their relief efforts.
These services
are provided free of charge, but donations are required to purchase
tools, and other items that are needed to help during disaster
situations.
IBSI SEARCH & RESCUE (IBSI-SAR). NEW PROGRAM - REQUIRES DONATIONS
IBSI-SAR
is a brand new program created to provide a fast international
emergency search & rescue response in times of disaster. This
program seeks to capacitate specialized teams in multiple jurisdictions
around the globe, and mobilize them quickly when disaster strikes. This
program can operate in conjunction with SAR entities of other
countries, or independently as IBSI-SAR units can be movilized quickly
internationally.
Volunteers to integrate these units are
needed in USA, Canada, Dominican Republic, Nigeria, Puerto Rico, and
many other jurisdictions. In order to apply, please send curriculum
vitae to: hq@ibsi-1.org.
Note:
98% of all IBSI personnel are currently assisting victims of Haiti's
earthquake. It may take a while for the few remaining staff in the USA
to process your curriculums.
